“ When we first arrived, the hotel rooms were good and clean, and we were happy with the initial impression. At the time of booking, we were told that a 1- or 2-hour delay in checkout would be acceptable. However, when we returned later, the receptionist told us that our time was already up and asked if we wanted to extend our stay. We reminded her that she had already agreed we could check out after lunch. But she rudely told us to vacate the room, leave our bags at the reception, and then go for lunch. The way she spoke was very disrespectful and unprofessional, which left us with a bad experience despite the good rooms. ”
